I’m Geonard Ferguson, owner of 360 Auto Imports. Since we started serving the Charlotte-Metro area in 2011, our mission has been to treat every customer like family through our pricing, quality and customer service. My best advice, the advice that I would give to my mother or grandmother is DON’T WAIT. I have run across several people who were given a regular maintenance schedule by the dealership for free services. The problem is that some of the maintenance intervals are twice as long as they should be. Of course the customer is thinking they are getting great value because the dealership is doing a free oil change or other maintenance but you are wearing out your car parts. This will lead to more serious and expensive problems while shortening the life of your vehicle.
